HDFC Life MConnect encompasses the processes for their employees to request leave balance, regularize attendance and mark attendance according to organizational policies.
It leverages the use of GPS to get the location of the employee and once within the range of proximity his/her attendance will be automatically marked upon successful authentication.
The application has the following features:-
• Attendance Management – Here an individual employee can mark attendance, submit on-duty, approvals etc.
• Leave Management – Regularization Requests and Approvals of Leaves
